Nipple cover size guide

Our round covers come in three sizes by diameter: Small 3 in (8 cm) for AA–B cups, Large 4 in (10 cm) for C–D, and X-Large 4.75 in (12 cm) for D and up. A cover is meant to cover more than the nipple, so it sits flat and disappears under fabric; if you're between sizes, go up. Lifting covers use their own ladder (Small 3.5 in, Regular 4.25 in, Large 5 in) because the tabs need extra room.

Round covers: Adhesive, Non-Adhesive and Sensitive

Size Diameter Fits Available on
Small 3 in (8 cm) AA–B Adhesive, Non-Adhesive, Sensitive
Large 4 in (10 cm) C–D Adhesive, Non-Adhesive, Sensitive
X-Large 4.75 in (12 cm) D+ Adhesive, Non-Adhesive

Sensitive (Nip-Safe) covers stop at Large. If you're above a D and want the adhesive-free center, the honest answer is that we don't make it yet; the standard Adhesive X-Large is the better fit.

Lifting covers: Small, Regular, Large

Size Two-Tab One-Tab Fits
Small 3.5 in (9 cm) 3.5 in (9 cm) Smaller than Regular; see note
Regular 4.25 in (11 cm) 4.25 in (11 cm) C–D
Large 5 in (13 cm) not made Larger than Regular; see note

Lifting covers are larger than the round covers at the same cup size because the tabs sit above the cover and need skin to hold onto. Regular is the middle size here; it's not the same as "regular" anywhere else on the site. We're confirming the exact cup ranges for Small and Large with our factory; until then, Regular fits C–D, and if you're between two sizes, take the larger one.

Triangle covers

Two sizes, Small and Large, across all three Triangle styles. Triangles are deliberately smaller than round covers so they disappear under low and square necklines; they cover the nipple and the area around it, not the whole breast. If you normally wear a Large or X-Large round cover, take the Large triangle.

How to measure yourself

You don't need to. Cup size is close enough for round covers. If you'd rather check, measure across the darker skin around your nipple with a ruler or a tape measure held flat, add about 1 in (3 cm) so the cover's edge lands on flat skin on every side, then pick the smallest size that's still bigger than your total: 3 in, 4 in or 4.75 in.

In-between sizes

Size up. A cover that's slightly too big still lies flat and vanishes under clothing. A cover that's slightly too small has its edges on the curve of the breast, and edges on a curve peel.

FAQ

I'm a 34C. Small or Large?

Large, 4 in (10 cm). Small is for AA–B.

I'm a 36DDD. Do you have my size?

Yes: X-Large, 4.75 in (12 cm), in Adhesive and Non-Adhesive. For lift at that size, use boob tape rather than lifting covers.

Do band sizes matter?

Not much. Cup letter and breast shape decide it. A fuller, softer breast wants the larger of two possible sizes.

Are the sizes the same on Amazon?

Yes. Same names, same diameters.

My covers are too big. Can I trim them?

Please don't; a cut edge is thick and will show. Contact us within 30 days and we'll sort out an exchange.
