So, I really hoped to get a nice looking lift. It just doesn't work as well for me. For reference I'm a 36E, and not as perky as I was in my 20s. I've forever been on the hunt for the perfect push up, and I really had hopes these inserts would work since they're so versatile. The quality of the inserts is great, they really stick well to my bras, and they're soft, so if I accidentally bump into anyone, they won't feel like they got hit with a rock lol. They do fit well in any of my bras though. Now, I had my sister, who is a 36A, and there was a huge difference with her! So yeah, I guess better for small to medium chested individuals.

These bra inserts certainly do the trick. They are double sided and stick to both skin and fabric very well without shifting. You. And place them at different angles depending on if you want more lift of more cleavage but honestly you get both. They come in reusable plastic coverings that tou should definitely keep to put them in again when you're done so they stay clean because they will get dirty. Easy to wash. A little soap and water washes away any lint from clothes. I guess my only issue is the they dont feel natural at all. They are rather heavy and firm. I can feel them when my arm brushes against them and they dont feel natural and they are pretty darn big and will add a lot of volume, which is as advertised so no complaints just a bit more than I expected. Its mostly that they feel harder than expected but they absolutely work. If tou want to boost your bosom, this will do it! I dont know if these can be used braless but they worked well with my bra even though they take up a lot of room. Maybe best in a bra with some extra space. But they definitely are supportive and easy to use. And they look natural in shape even if they dont feel natural.
