So every order on bare-babe.com comes with the Bare Babe® 30-day guarantee: tell us within 30 days of delivery what didn't work, and we'll help you find the right product first. We'll send a different size, shade or product, or refund you. No need to send anything back.
How it works
- Email us within 30 days of delivery. Write to [email protected] with your order number and what didn't work: the size, the shade, the hold, the outfit you were trying it under. A photo helps but isn't required.
- We'll suggest the fix. A cover that showed under a thin top usually means the next size down or a closer shade. A cover that wouldn't stay put may need the adhesive version. A dress that needs real lift needs boob tape, not a cover. And if nothing we make will do the job, we'll tell you plainly.
- Pick the swap or the refund. We send the replacement, or refund the item to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
